トレ感情日記（英語名 Tiltnote。以下「本アプリ」）／最終更新: 2026年10月24日

1. 収集する情報

• アカウント情報: メールアドレス（メールで登録した場合）。「登録せずに試す」を選んだ場合は、メールアドレスを取得せず、匿名のログイン用IDのみを作成します。
• ご自身が入力・連携したデータ: トレード記録、入出金、日ごとのメモ、ルール遵守や感情などのタグ、設定。MT4/MT5連携（EA）をご利用の場合は、EAが送信する口座と取引の情報（くわしくは「7. MT4/MT5連携（EA）」）。
• 利用状況: 画面の表示や、最初の画面での選択などの利用状況（アクセス解析）。
• 使い始めた時の情報: 使い始めた日時（無料のお試し期間の計算に使います）、端末の言語と地域の設定（例: ja_JP）、時差（協定世界時との差）、使い始めた端末の種類（Android かブラウザ版か）、アプリの版。
• 有料プランの記録: 購入・更新・解約の予約と取り消し・契約の終了・支払いの失敗・返金があった時に、その日時、ユーザーID、プラン、金額と通貨、請求先の国（Android 版は Google Play のストアの国）、接続元の国（ブラウザ版）、Stripe の顧客・契約・請求の番号、Google Play の取引の番号・商品の ID・米ドルでの額・購入の日時（Android 版）、期間の終わり、解約・終了の理由（Stripe や Google Play が自動で付ける物と、ご自身が選んだ場合の理由）を記録します。メールアドレス・住所・カード番号は、この記録に入れません。
• 接続元の国: ブラウザ版で値段を表示する時と、決済画面を作る時に、接続元の IP アドレスから Cloudflare が判定した国を使います（値段の通貨と、購入できる国かどうかを決めるため）。IP アドレスは、送りすぎを防ぐために短い時間だけ使い、保存しません。
• お問い合わせの内容: 公式サイト（tiltnote.com）のお問い合わせフォームから送った内容（種類・本文・送ったページ・ブラウザの言語・書いた場合はメールアドレス・機械による送信を防ぐための入力時間）。IP アドレスは集めません。メールや公式 LINE でお問い合わせいただいた場合は、そのやり取りの内容。
• 先行利用者のキャンペーン（利用規約 第14条）: 応募ページから送った内容（ブラウザ版に登録したメールアドレス・使う MT4/MT5・使う業者・EA を使うかどうか・書いた場合はひとこと・送ったページ・ブラウザの言語・機械による送信を防ぐための入力時間）と、感想のフォームから送った場合は、メールアドレス・使った時期・感想・不具合・足りない機能・おすすめ度（0〜10、答えなくてもよい）・感想を公開してよいかどうか・送ったページ・ブラウザの言語・機械による送信を防ぐための入力時間。IP アドレスは集めません。

18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得てご利用ください（利用規約 第3条）。本アプリは、子どもの個人情報を意図して集めることはありません。保護者の同意なく子どもの情報が送られていると分かった場合や、保護者からご連絡があった場合は、その情報を消します。

2. 利用目的

• ログイン時の本人確認、アカウントの管理、データの保存と表示
• 有料プランの提供と契約状態の確認
• 損失の上限の通知と、MT4/MT5 の見張りの EA が止まった時のお知らせ
• 利用状況の分析と、機能・サービスの改善
• 購入・解約・返金の確認、支払いの問題への対応、料金と返金の扱いの見直し
• お問い合わせへの返事と、サイト・アプリの改善
• 先行利用者のキャンペーン: 対象の方を選ぶこと、無料期間を付けること、案内のメール（始まり・感想のお願い・終わりのお知らせ）、終わりが近づいた時のアプリの料金の画面とサイトでの割引の案内、不具合の調査と改善。感想は、公開してよいと選んだ物だけを、名前を出さずに、「無料で提供を受けた先行利用者の感想」と書いて tiltnote.com・アプリの紹介ページ・Tiltnote の公式 X に載せます。良い感想だけを選んで載せることはせず、載せた後でもお問い合わせから取り下げられます。利益や勝ち負けについての内容は載せません。

3. 第三者サービス

本アプリは、次のサービスを利用しています。各サービスでの情報の扱いは、それぞれの方針をご確認ください。

• Firebase（Google）: ログイン認証、データの保存、アクセス解析（Firebase Analytics / Google アナリティクス）。Google プライバシーポリシー
• Cloudflare: 公式サイト（tiltnote.com）のアクセス解析（Cloudflare Web Analytics）。MT4/MT5連携（EA）の連携コードの受付（sync.tiltnote.com）にも使います。Cloudflare プライバシーポリシー
• YouTube（Google）: 公式サイト（tiltnote.com）の講座の記事の動画（再生ボタンを押した時だけ読み込みます）。Google プライバシーポリシー
• RevenueCat: Androidアプリでの定期購入の管理。RevenueCat プライバシーポリシー
• Stripe: ブラウザ版での決済。Stripe プライバシーポリシー。カード番号などの決済情報は、Stripeが処理し、本アプリは保持しません。決済画面を作る時に、ユーザーID・メールアドレス・表示言語・プラン・接続元の国を Stripe に渡します。
• Resend: 損失の上限のメール通知と、見張りの EA が止まった時のお知らせの送信（有料プランで、通知をオンにし、メールアドレスの確認が済んだ方だけ）。送るのは、届け先のメールアドレスと、口座の名前（業者名と口座番号）です。損失の上限のメールには、これに加えて上限の種類・金額・時刻が、止まった時のお知らせには、EA が最後に動いた時刻と、持っていたポジションの数が入ります。先行利用者のキャンペーンの案内のメールでは、届け先のメールアドレスと、無料期間の始まりと終わりの日を送ります。Resend プライバシーポリシー

• Discord: 運営者への知らせ（購入・解約の予約と取り消し・契約の終了・返金・支払いの失敗、処理の失敗）。中身は、ユーザーID・プラン・金額・期間の終わり・解約の理由（ある場合）で、ブラウザ版の購入の時は、支払いのメールアドレス・通貨・請求先の国・接続元の国も入ります。Discord プライバシーポリシー

4. アクセス解析

サービス改善のため、Google アナリティクス（Firebase Analytics）を利用し、画面の表示や最初の選択など、利用状況を収集します。あわせて、どの経路から使い始めたか（Tiltnote のサイトなどのリンクに付けた「リンク元」の印。例: どの記事・ツールのページから来たか）と、端末の地域の設定（例: JP）を記録し、利用者の数を経路・国や地域・端末（ブラウザ版かアプリか）ごとに集計します。この情報から個人を特定することはありません。ブラウザ版では、解析のための識別子と、最初のリンク元の印をブラウザに保存します。

ブラウザ版の解析の cookie は、選んで止められます。端末の時間帯や言語の設定が欧州（EEA・英国・スイス）の方には、最初に案内を出し、同意するまで、解析の情報を送らず、解析のための識別子とリンク元の印も保存しません。また、欧州からのアクセスでは、同意がない間は解析の cookie を使いません。ブラウザ版では、どの国の方も、アプリの「設定」→「Cookie の設定（アクセス解析）」から、いつでも同意・取り消しができます。Android 版（2.2.4 以降）も、端末の言語・地域の設定や時間帯が欧州の方には最初に案内を出し、同意するまで解析の情報を送りません。どの国の方も、アプリの「設定」→「アクセス解析の設定」から、いつでも同意・取り消しができます。「同意しない」を選ぶと、それ以降は送らず、保存済みの解析の cookie・識別子・リンク元の印も消します。同意しなくても、アプリはそのまま使えます。

公式サイト（tiltnote.com）では、Cloudflare Web Analytics を使い、ページの見られた数、どこから来たか（参照元）、国や地域、端末の種類（スマホかパソコンかなど）を数えます。cookie や端末の識別子は使わず、個人を特定する情報は集めません。

公式サイトの講座の記事にある動画は、再生ボタンを押すまで YouTube に接続しません。押すと、YouTube の cookie を抑えた埋め込み（youtube-nocookie.com）で動画を読み込み、その後は YouTube（Google）のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

公式サイトの無料ツールは、入力した数字を、お使いの端末のブラウザ（localStorage）にだけ保存し、次に開いた時に表示します。運営者や他社には送信しません。cookie は使いません。各ページの「入力を消す」ボタンか、ブラウザのデータ削除で消せます。

Androidアプリ（バージョン 2.2.0 以降）とブラウザ版は、広告を表示せず、広告のための識別子（広告 ID）や cookie も使いません。（2.1 以前の Androidアプリは、画面の下に広告を表示していました。）

5. 匿名統計データの利用（任意）

ご本人の同意があった場合に限り、トレード記録（手法・ルール遵守・感情タグなど）を、個人を特定できない形に集計して、サービス改善と分析機能の研究に利用します。

• 初期設定では無効で、設定画面で同意した場合のみ有効になります。
• 氏名・メールアドレスなどと結び付けて、第三者に提供することはありません。
• 同意は、設定画面からいつでも撤回できます。

6. 端末への保存

読み込みを速くし、通信量を減らすため、トレード記録などの控えを、端末（ブラウザ）に保存します。ログアウトしても端末に残り、その端末でのアカウントの削除・アプリの削除・ブラウザのデータ消去で、その端末から消えます。Android の端末のバックアップが有効な場合、これらが Google アカウントのバックアップに含まれ、アプリを入れ直した時に戻ることがあります。

表示言語・通貨・目標やルールの文・市場の時間帯・銘柄の並び・最初のリンク元の印などの設定は、端末に保存します（Androidアプリはアプリ用の保存場所（SharedPreferences）、ブラウザ版はブラウザの保存場所（localStorage））。これらはログアウトしても端末に残り、アプリの削除（ブラウザ版はブラウザのデータ消去）で消えます。

7. MT4/MT5連携（EA）

MT4/MT5連携（EA）は、任意の機能です（有料プラン）。ご利用になる場合に限り、次のとおり扱います。

• 送る情報: 口座番号、業者（ブローカー）名、口座の名前（業者名と口座番号）、口座の種類（MT4 か MT5 か）、口座の通貨、取引（銘柄・売買・ロット・建てと決済の時刻と値段・損益・スワップ・手数料・ポジション番号）、損失の上限の状態（種類・段階・割合・使った額・上限額・区切り・時刻）、EA が動いている合図（最後に動いた時刻・EA の版・業者のサーバーにつながっているか・持っているポジションの数）。
• 送らない情報: 取引口座のパスワード。連携コードでつなぐ場合は、本アプリのパスワードも使いません（以前のファイルの方式を使う場合に限り、本アプリのメールアドレスとパスワードを Google の認証へ送ります）。
• 使い方: アプリでの取引の表示と集計、損失の上限の通知、EA が止まった時のお知らせのために使います。「5. 匿名統計データの利用」に同意した場合に限り、匿名の統計にも使います。
• 送り先と保存: ご自身のアカウントのデータとして Firebase（Google）に保存します。EA が連携コードでログインする時は、連携コードを受付（sync.tiltnote.com、Cloudflare）へ送ります。
• 端末に残るもの: つないだ後、連携コードはお使いの端末のフォルダ（MT5 は MQL5\Files\Tiltnote\、MT4 は MQL4\Files\Tiltnote\）に口座ごとに保存され、EA を設置した時刻は共通のフォルダ（Common\Files\Tiltnote\）に保存されます。これらのファイルは暗号化されません。ほかの人も使うパソコンでは、使い終わったら削除するか、EA の入力「Forget the link code remembered on this PC」で忘れさせてください。以前のファイルの方式を使う場合は、本アプリのメールアドレスとパスワードを書いたファイル（Tiltnote_credentials.txt）が、MQL5\Files または MQL4\Files に暗号化されずに残ります。
• 止め方: EA をチャートから外すと、送信が止まります。アプリの「MT4/MT5 連携」で連携コードを無効にすると、遅くとも約1時間で、そのコードでは送れなくなります。すでに送られたデータは、「アカウントを削除」で消えます（下の「8. アカウントとデータの削除」）。
• 法令に基づく場合と、「3. 第三者サービス」に書いた処理の委託先を除き、第三者に販売・提供しません。

8. アカウントとデータの削除

アプリの「設定」→「アカウント」→「アカウントを削除」から、ご自身でいつでも削除できます。トレード・入出金・メモ・口座の情報（損失の上限の状態と、EA が動いている合図を含む）・設定・ログイン情報が削除され、元に戻せません（EA が動いている合図は、古い版のアプリから削除した場合、サーバーがほどなく消します）。「5. 匿名統計データの利用」に同意した場合の、個人を特定できない形の集計は、削除の対象外です。削除するまでは、これらのデータを保存します。手順は アカウントとデータの削除 をご覧ください。Android 版（Google Play）の有料プランは、アカウントを削除しても止まりません。削除の前に、Google Play の定期購入の管理から解約してください。ブラウザ版の有料プランは、最新版のアプリ（ブラウザ版）でアカウントを削除した場合、今の期間の終わりで止まります（返金はなく、期間の終わりまでは請求されません）。ただし、通信の問題などで契約を確かめられない時は、アプリが知らせます。その時は、設定の「有料プランの管理・解約」で先に解約してから削除してください。以前の支払いのリンクで始めた契約など、自動で止められない場合もあります。

「有料プランの記録」と、お問い合わせの内容は、アカウントの削除では消えません（購入・解約・返金の確認と、お問い合わせへの対応のため。期間は決めておらず、サービスを続けている間は保存します）。お問い合わせの内容を消してほしい時は、下の「15. お問い合わせ」までご連絡ください。

9. 情報の提供

法令に基づく場合と、「3. 第三者サービス」に書いた処理の委託先を除き、ご本人の同意なく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

10. データを扱う国（外国にある第三者への提供）

「3. 第三者サービス」の各社は、LINEヤフーを除き、米国の事業者です（Google・Cloudflare・Stripe・RevenueCat・Resend・Anthropic・Discord）。そのため、情報は米国など、お住まいの国の外のサーバーで扱われることがあります。各国の個人情報の保護の制度は、日本や欧州と異なる場合があります。各社での扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。運営者は、各社に渡す情報を、サービスに必要な範囲にとどめています（例: カード番号は Stripe だけが扱い本アプリは受け取らない、有料プランの記録にメールアドレス・住所・カード番号を入れない、Resend に送るのは届け先と通知の中身だけ）。

11. 安全のための措置

• 通信は暗号化（HTTPS）しています。
• データベースは、ログインした本人が自分のデータだけを読み書きできる規則にしています。「有料プランの記録」は、利用者からは読めず、運営者の管理の道具だけが読みます。
• 支払い・定期購入の知らせは、送り主の署名や合言葉を確かめてから受け付けます。運営者が使う鍵は、公開される場所に置かず、用途ごとに分けて使っています。
• カード番号は Stripe が扱い、本アプリは受け取りません。
• 上の「10.」のとおり、外国の事業者を使っていることを把握したうえで扱います。

12. 開示などのご請求

ご自身の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止・消去、第三者への提供の停止、第三者への提供の記録の開示を求めることができます。「15. お問い合わせ」のメールでご連絡ください。ご本人の確認のため、アカウントに登録したメールアドレスからのご連絡など、確認をお願いすることがあります。トレードなどのデータの削除は、「8. アカウントとデータの削除」のとおり、ご自身でもできます。

個人情報保護法にもとづく、利用目的の通知と、開示（第三者への提供の記録の開示を含みます）のご請求は、1件につき 1,000円（税込）の手数料をいただきます。お支払いの方法は、ご請求の時にお知らせします。訂正・削除・利用の停止などのご請求は無料です。欧州（EEA）・英国・スイスの方の、法律で無料とされているご請求には、手数料をいただきません。

13. 欧州（EEA）・英国・スイスの方へ

• 処理の根拠: アカウント・データの保存・有料プラン・MT4/MT5連携・通知は、契約（利用規約）の履行のため。アクセス解析（ブラウザ版・Android 版）と「5. 匿名統計データの利用」は、同意に基づきます。先行利用者のキャンペーン（応募・無料期間・案内のメール）は、キャンペーンの条件（利用規約 第14条）の履行のため。感想の公開は、同意に基づきます。お問い合わせへの返事、有料プランの記録と運営者への知らせ、送りすぎの防止、公式サイトの cookie を使わないアクセス解析は、正当な利益（サービスの運営・改善と不正の防止）に基づきます。法令で求められる場合は、その義務のため。
• あなたの権利: アクセス（開示）、訂正、削除、処理の制限、異議、データの持ち運び（ポータビリティ）、同意の撤回（撤回の前の処理には影響しません）。上の「12.」の方法でご連絡ください。
• 苦情: お住まいの国のデータ保護機関に苦情を申し立てることができます。
• 国外への移転: 情報は、運営者のいる日本と、上の「10.」のとおり米国などで扱われます。
• 保存期間: アカウントのデータは、削除するまで保存します（「8.」）。有料プランの記録、お問い合わせの内容、先行利用者の応募と感想は、期間を決めておらず、購入・解約・返金の確認、お問い合わせへの対応、法令への対応のため、サービスを続けている間は保存します。消してほしい時はご連絡ください（法令で残す必要がある物を除いて消します）。

14. 方針の変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで告知します。

Privacy Policy

Tiltnote (Japanese name: トレ感情日記; the "App") — Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address if you register with email. If you choose "Try without signing up", we do not collect an email address and only create an anonymous sign-in ID.
• Data you enter or connect: trades, deposits and withdrawals, daily notes, tags such as rule-keeping and mood, and settings. If you use MT4/MT5 sync (EA), the account and trade information sent by the EA (see "7. MT4/MT5 sync (EA)").
• Usage information: which screens are viewed and the first choice made on the opening screen (analytics).
• Information from when you start: when you started using the App (used to count the free trial period), your device's language and region setting (for example, ja_JP), your time zone offset from UTC, the type of device you started on (Android or web version), and the App version.
• Paid plan records: when a purchase, renewal, scheduled cancellation or its undoing, end of subscription, failed payment or refund happens, we record its time, your user ID, the plan, amount and currency, billing country (for the Android version, your Google Play store country), the country you connected from (web version), Stripe customer, subscription and invoice numbers, the Google Play transaction number, product ID, amount in US dollars and purchase time (Android version), the end of the period, and the reason for cancellation or ending (set automatically by Stripe or Google Play, or the reason you chose). Email addresses, postal addresses and card numbers are not included in these records.
• Country you connect from: in the web version, when showing prices and creating the checkout page, we use the country that Cloudflare determines from your IP address (to choose the price currency and whether purchase is available in your country). Your IP address is used only briefly to prevent too many requests and is not stored.
• Contact messages: what you send through the contact form on our website, tiltnote.com (type, message, the page you sent it from, your browser language, your email if you add it, and how long you took to write it, to block spam). We do not collect your IP address. If you contact us by email or through our LINE official account, the content of that conversation.
• Early user campaign (Article 14 of the Terms of Use): what you send through the application page (the email address registered in the web version, whether you use MT4 or MT5, your broker, whether you use the EA, a short note if you add one, the page you sent it from, your browser language, and how long you took to write it, to block spam), and, if you use the feedback form, your email address, when you tried the app, your thoughts, bug reports, features you would like to see, your score (0 to 10, optional), whether we may publish your thoughts, the page you sent it from, your browser language, and how long you took to fill in the form (to block spam). We do not collect your IP address.

If you are under 18, please use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian (Article 3 of the Terms of Use). The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child's information was sent to us without a parent's or guardian's consent, or if a parent or guardian contacts us, we will delete that information.

2. How we use it

• Signing you in, managing your account, and saving and showing your data
• Providing the paid plan and checking its status
• Sending loss-limit alerts, and notices when your MT4/MT5 monitoring EA stops
• Analyzing usage and improving the App
• Checking purchases, cancellations and refunds, handling payment problems, and reviewing how we handle pricing and refunds
• Replying to contact messages and improving the website and the App
• Early user campaign: choosing who is accepted, giving the free period, sending campaign emails (the start, requests for your thoughts, and notice of the end), showing the discount offer on the pricing screen in the app and on our website when the end gets close, and investigating bugs and improving the App. We publish only the thoughts you allowed us to publish, without your name, on tiltnote.com, our app pages, and the official Tiltnote X account, marked as thoughts from an early user who received the service for free. We do not pick only positive feedback, and you can ask us to take it down later through the contact page. We do not publish anything about profits, wins or losses.

3. Third-party services

The App uses the services below. Please see each service's own policy for how it handles information.

• Firebase (Google): sign-in, data storage, and analytics (Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics). Google Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare: analytics for our website, tiltnote.com (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Also used to receive link codes for MT4/MT5 sync (EA) (sync.tiltnote.com). Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• YouTube (Google): videos in the course articles on our website, tiltnote.com (loaded only when you press play). Google Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat: managing subscriptions in the Android app. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Stripe: payments in the web version. Stripe Privacy Policy. Card numbers and other payment details are handled by Stripe; the App does not store them. When creating the checkout page, we pass your user ID, email address, display language, plan and the country you connect from to Stripe.
• Resend: sending loss-limit email alerts and notices when your monitoring EA stops (only on the paid plan, with alerts turned on and a verified email address). What is sent: your email address and the account name (broker name and account number). Loss-limit emails also include the type of limit, amounts and time; stop notices include when the EA last ran and how many positions you held. For early user campaign emails, we send your email address and the start and end dates of your free period. Resend Privacy Policy
• Google (Sheets, Apps Script, Gmail, Google Translate): receiving and storing contact form messages and early user applications and feedback (in a Google spreadsheet owned by Tiltnote), notice emails to the operator, and machine translation of messages not in Japanese. Google Privacy Policy
• Anthropic (Claude): accurate translation of contact messages and early user applications and feedback, and drafting our replies. Anthropic Privacy Policy
• Discord: notices to the operator (purchases, scheduled cancellations and their undoing, ends of subscriptions, refunds, failed payments, and processing errors). They contain your user ID, plan, amount, end of the period and cancellation reason (if any); for web purchases, also the payment email address, currency, billing country and the country you connected from. 4. Analytics

To improve the service, we use Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics) to collect usage information such as screen views and the first choice on the opening screen. We also record how you first arrived (a source tag added to links, for example which article or tool page on the Tiltnote website you came from) and your device's region setting (for example, JP), so that we can count users by source, by country or region, and by platform (web or app). We do not use this information to identify you. In the web version, an analytics identifier and the first source tag are stored in your browser.

In the web version, you can choose whether analytics cookies are used. If your device's time zone or language setting points to the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we ask you first; until you agree, we send no analytics data and store no analytics identifier or source tag. For visits from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies are not used unless you agree. In the web version, wherever you are, you can give or withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Cookie settings (analytics). In the Android version (2.2.4 or later), too, if your device's language, region or time zone setting points to the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we ask you first and send no analytics data until you agree. Wherever you are, you can give or withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Analytics settings. If you decline, we stop sending analytics data and delete the analytics cookies, identifier and source tag already stored. The App works the same if you decline.

On our website (tiltnote.com), we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, where visitors come from (referrers), countries or regions, and device types (such as phone or computer). It uses no cookies or device identifiers, and it does not collect information that identifies you.

Videos in the course articles on our website do not connect to YouTube until you press play. When you press play, the video is loaded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube's (Google's) privacy policy applies from then on.

The free tools on our website save the numbers you enter only in your own browser (localStorage) so they are there next time. They are never sent to us or anyone else, and no cookies are used. You can erase them with the "Clear inputs" button on each page or by clearing your browser data.

The Android app (version 2.2.0 and later) and the web version show no ads and do not use an advertising identifier (advertising ID) or advertising cookies. (Android app versions 2.1 and earlier showed an ad at the bottom of the screen.)

5. Anonymous statistics (optional)

Only if you agree, we may combine your trade records (strategy, rule-keeping, mood tags, etc.) into statistics that cannot identify you, and use them to improve the service and research analysis features.

• This is off by default and turns on only if you agree in Settings.
• We never link it to your name or email address, or provide it to third parties in that form.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings.

6. Storage on your device

To load faster and use less data, the App keeps a copy of your trade records on your device (browser). It stays on your device after you sign out, and is removed from that device when you delete your account there, uninstall the app or clear browser data. If Android backup is on, it may be included in your Google account backup and restored when you reinstall the app.

Settings such as display language, currency, your goal and rule text, market session times, symbol order and the first source tag are stored on your device (in the Android app, the app's own storage (SharedPreferences); in the web version, browser storage (localStorage)). They stay on your device after you sign out, and are removed when you uninstall the app (or clear browser data in the web version).

7. MT4/MT5 sync (EA)

MT4/MT5 sync (EA) is an optional feature (paid plan). Only if you use it, we handle information as follows.

• What the EA sends: your account number, broker name, account name (broker name and account number), account type (MT4 or MT5), account currency, trades (symbol, buy or sell, lot size, open and close times and prices, profit or loss, swap, commission, position number), your loss-limit status (type, stage, share, amount used, limit amount, period, time), and a signal that the EA is running (when it last ran, the EA version, whether it is connected to the broker's server, and how many positions you hold).
• What it does not send: your trading account password. When you connect with a link code, the App's password is not used either (only if you use the older file method, your App email address and password are sent to Google's sign-in service).
• How we use it: to show and total your trades in the App, send loss-limit alerts, and tell you when the EA stops. Only if you agree under "5. Anonymous statistics", it is also used for anonymous statistics.
• Where it goes and is stored: in your own account data on Firebase (Google). When the EA signs in with a link code, the code is sent to our sign-in endpoint (sync.tiltnote.com, on Cloudflare).
• What stays on your device: after connecting, the link code is saved in a folder on your device, one file per account (MQL5\Files\Tiltnote\ for MT5, MQL4\Files\Tiltnote\ for MT4), and the time you installed the EA is saved in the shared folder (Common\Files\Tiltnote\). These files are not encrypted. On a computer that other people use, delete them when you are done, or make the EA forget the code with its input "Forget the link code remembered on this PC". If you use the older file method, a file with your App email address and password (Tiltnote_credentials.txt) stays unencrypted in MQL5\Files or MQL4\Files.
• How to stop it: remove the EA from the chart to stop sending. If you disable the link code in the App under "MT4/MT5 sync", that code stops working within about one hour at most. Data already sent is deleted with "Delete account" (see "8. Deleting your account and data" below).
• Except where required by law and for the service providers listed in "3. Third-party services", we do not sell or provide this information to third parties.

8. Deleting your account and data

You can delete them yourself at any time: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your trades, deposits and withdrawals, notes, account information (including loss-limit status and the EA's running signal), settings and sign-in are deleted and cannot be restored (if you delete from an older version of the app, our server removes the EA's running signal shortly afterwards). Anonymous totals made under "5. Anonymous statistics", which cannot identify you, are not deleted. Until you delete them, we keep this data. See Delete your account and data for the steps. Deleting your account does not stop a paid plan in the Android version (Google Play). Cancel it in Google Play subscriptions before you delete your account. If you delete your account in the latest version of the app (web version), a paid plan in the web version stops at the end of the current period (no refund, and no further charges). If the app cannot confirm your subscription, for example because of a connection problem, it will tell you. In that case, cancel first in Settings > “Manage or cancel paid plan”, and then delete your account. Some subscriptions, such as ones started from an older payment link, may not be stopped automatically.

"Paid plan records" and contact messages are not deleted when you delete your account (we keep them to check purchases, cancellations and refunds, and to handle your enquiries; there is no fixed period, and we keep them while we run the service). To have your contact messages deleted, contact us (see "15. Contact" below).

9. Sharing of information

Except where required by law and for the service providers listed in "3. Third-party services", we do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.

10. Countries where data is handled (provision to third parties abroad)

Apart from LY Corporation, the companies in "3. Third-party services" are based in the United States (Google, Cloudflare, Stripe, RevenueCat, Resend, Anthropic and Discord). Your information may therefore be handled on servers outside your country, such as in the United States. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in Japan or Europe. Please see each company's privacy policy for how it handles information. We limit what we pass to each company to what the service needs (for example, card numbers are handled only by Stripe and never reach the App, paid plan records contain no email address, postal address or card number, and Resend receives only the recipient and the content of the notice).

11. Security measures

• Communication is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Our database rules let a signed-in user read and write only their own data. "Paid plan records" cannot be read by users; only the operator's admin tools read them.
• Payment and subscription notices are accepted only after checking the sender's signature or shared secret. Keys used by the operator are not kept in public places and are separated by purpose.
• Card numbers are handled by Stripe; the App does not receive them.
• As described in "10.", we handle data knowing that we use companies based abroad.

12. Requests about your information

You can ask us to tell you the purposes of use, to disclose, correct, add to or delete, to stop using or erase your personal information, to stop providing it to third parties, and to disclose records of provision to third parties. Please email us (see "15. Contact"). To confirm it is you, we may ask you, for example, to write from the email address registered to your account. You can also delete your trades and other data yourself, as described in "8. Deleting your account and data".

For requests to be told the purposes of use or for disclosure (including disclosure of records of provision to third parties) under Japanese law, we charge a fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) per request; we will tell you how to pay when you make the request. Requests to correct, delete or stop using your information are free. For users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we charge no fee where the law says the request must be free.

13. For users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

• Legal bases: your account, data storage, the paid plan, MT4/MT5 sync and alerts are processed to perform our contract with you (the Terms of Use). Analytics (web and Android versions) and "5. Anonymous statistics" are based on your consent. The early user campaign (applications, the free period and campaign emails) is processed to perform the campaign terms (Article 14 of the Terms of Use). Publishing your thoughts is based on your consent. Replying to contact messages, paid plan records and notices to the operator, preventing too many requests, and cookie-free analytics on our website are based on our legitimate interests (running and improving the service and preventing abuse). Where the law requires it, processing is to meet that legal obligation.
• Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent (withdrawal does not affect processing before it). Please contact us as described in "12.".
• Complaints: you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
• Transfers abroad: your information is handled in Japan, where the operator is, and, as described in "10.", in the United States and elsewhere.
• How long we keep data: account data is kept until you delete it ("8."). Paid plan records, contact messages, and early user applications and feedback have no fixed retention period: we keep them while we run the service, to check purchases, cancellations and refunds, to handle enquiries and to meet legal obligations. To have them deleted, contact us (we delete them except for what the law requires us to keep).

If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page.
